We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Female Floor Manager to lead our restaurant floor operations and deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:
Supervise daily restaurant floor operations.
Lead and motivate the service team.
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
Manage staff scheduling and monitor performance.
Requirements:
Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented personality.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
